Back Facial

A spa service that is designed to cleanse, exfoliate, and moisturize the skin on your back. The treatment is similar to a traditional facial, but it is performed on your back instead of your face. During the treatment, an esthetician will first cleanse your back with a gentle cleanser, then use an exfoliating scrub to remove dead skin cells and unclog pores. Next, they may apply a mask to hydrate and nourish the skin, followed by a moisturizer to leave your back feeling soft and smooth. A back facial treatment is beneficial for those who struggle with back acne, dry or oily skin, or just want to have a smoother and more radiant back.

Inua Classic Peel

Helps provide vibrant, vitalized radiant looking skin with minimal downtime. This peel is perfect for someone who has never had a chemical peel in the past or who has sensitive skin. The Illuminize peel will help reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, sun damage, and pigmentary irregularities.

Fibroblast Plasma Skin Tightening

a cosmetic procedure that uses a handheld device to generate a plasma arc that is directed at the skin. The plasma arc causes a controlled injury to the skin, which triggers the body’s natural healing process and stimulates the production of collagen and elastin. This helps to tighten and firm the skin, reducing the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and sagging. During the treatment, an esthetician will move the device across the skin, creating a series of small dots that cause the skin to contract and tighten. The treatment is safe and non-invasive, with minimal downtime. It is a popular choice for those who want to improve the appearance of their skin without undergoing more invasive procedures. Fibroblast Plasma skin tightening can be used on various areas of the face and body, including the eyelids, forehead, and neck.

Lymphatic Facial Treatment

A specialized beauty treatment that focuses on stimulating the lymphatic system to improve circulation and reduce swelling in the face. During the treatment, an esthetician will use gentle massage techniques and light pressure to move lymphatic fluid through the lymph nodes in the face and neck. This process can help to reduce puffiness, dark circles, and fluid retention in the face, as well as improve skin tone and texture. A lymphatic facial treatment is beneficial for those who struggle with a dull complexion, puffiness, or want to enhance their natural glow. The treatment is gentle, non-invasive, and can be performed in a medical spa or esthetician’s office.

Inua Dermaplaning

Dermaplaning is a gentle, non-invasive form of manual exfoliation of the skin that resurfaces sun-damaged, dull, dehydrated skin. Using a surgical blade, it gently exfoliates the outermost layers of the epidermis to remove dead skin cells, impurities, and debris. Vellus hair, also referred to as peach fuzz is also removed during the treatment. This encourages the skin to regenerate new skin cells, leaving the complexion smooth, soft, and vibrant.

What is dermaplaning?

One of the least invasive methods of skin rejuvenation, dermaplaning is completely non-invasive and benefits the skin by:

  • Resurfacing dull, sun damaged, dull, and dehydrated skin
  • Removing vellus hair, or “peach fuzz”
  • Stimulating the skin’s natural healing process to create fresh, new skin cells and gradually remodel the surface.

This treatment can be an ideal option for men and women who want to subtly rejuvenate their appearances. For those who are seeking more dynamic results, alternative treatment options may be discussed during your consultation. Based on your condition, preferences, and desired outcome, we will create a treatment plan to create the best results for you.

What does dermaplaning do?

As you age, the turnover of the epidermis– those cells that are always sloughing off from the surface– slows down. Way down. The result is a build-up of dead cells that look more lined and leathery.  Dermaplaning literally scrapes those cells away, leaving fresh new cells at the surface, which are brighter and smoother. As a result, the hairs – even the tiny ones– are shaved away along with the dead cells, resulting in a smooth fresh look.

What results can i expect?

After dermaplaning, patients typically experience an immediate improvement in the glow, smoothness, and softness of their skin, which will continue to enhance over time as new collagen is produced and pushed to the surface. There are no tell-tale signs that you have received a cosmetic treatment, creating a discreet treatment experience without any disruption to your normal activities.

How often to Dermaplane?

Dermaplaning is typically recommended about once a month for best results. Because there is no down time, this procedure can be repeated as often as desired. Many people very much enjoy the smooth feeling after dermaplaning, and some opt for more frequent visits.

How much does dermaplaning cost?

The cost here at Inua Medspa + Wellness is $110. Our experienced staff is highly trained in this procedure, ensuring your complete safety as the blade is feathered across your skin. Ask us about our medical-grade skin care products to help maintain your vibrant, soft skin after your treatment is complete.

Inua Microneedling.

Are you looking for a non-surgical way to elevate and rejuvenate your skin without extensive downtime and without compromising your natural appearance. Microneedling, also called percutaneous collagen induction therapy, is performed using a handheld, drum- or pen-shaped device, electrically powered, with tiny needles that make precise, microscopic punctures in the skin. These “micro-injuries” do not leave scars; they work by helping to stimulate the skin to repair itself naturally through a process called dermal remodeling. Microneedling can help reduce scars, stretch marks, and pores.

What is Microneedling?

Micro-needling has long been used in the aesthetics industry to gently rejuvenate skin without surgery or downtime. At Inua Medspa +Wellness, we utilize an automated, pen-like micro-needling tool with multiple tiny needles in a sterile, single-use tip for increased patient safety. This treatment can target multiple skin imperfections, such as:

  • Fine lines
  • Acne and acne redness
  • Uneven skin tone and texture
  • Enlarged pores.
  • Anti-aging

How does micro-needling work?

As the micro-needling device is moved over treated areas, the needles penetrate below the surface to a specific depth, creating microchannels through the epidermis into the dermis where all of the collagen and elastin is. Growth factors from your own blood (PRP) or from a serum are used topically during Microneedling, so that the growth factors travel through the channels into the dermis. This process stimulates the production of new collagen, which creates tighter, smoother skin over time. Micro-needling also gently exfoliates and opens up the skin, allowing for better penetration of beneficial products such as growth factors.

What does micro-needling do for your skin?

Micro-needling is a great way to brighten the skin, diminish pore size, and reduce acne and redness caused by acne. It is also a fantastic way to stimulate collagen production, to keep your skin thick and springy and prevent the normal collagen loss that happens with age.

What is micro-needling with growth factors?

Many spas offering micro-needling merely use hyaluronic acid as a glide. At Inua we always use growth factors with micro-needling to enhance results. This growth factor serum absorbs below the skin surface, stimulates collagen production and aids in the skin healing process. Growth factors can help aid in improving circulation below the surface, restoring a youthful glow to the skin. While micro-needling is a safe and effective standalone treatment, growth factors can help enhance results.

What is micro-needling with platelet-rich plasma (prp) and platelet-rich fibrin matrix (prfm)?

Micro-needling with Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) and Platelet-Rich Fibrin Matrix (PRFM) is also called a PRP Facial. The big advantage of undergoing a blood draw for this procedure is to use the natural growth factors circulating in your own blood. The magic of PRP and PRFM is that it can be reinjected into the skin to produce a more robust result than with micro-needling alone. We can use these products to rejuvenate any part of the face, but we especially like it for the under-eye area. Because PRP and PRFM are triggering collagen production, the results are much longer lasting that that of fillers.

Hair Restoration with PRP

A non-surgical cosmetic procedure that uses the patient’s own blood to promote hair growth. During the treatment, a small amount of the patient’s blood is drawn and processed to isolate the platelet-rich plasma, which is then injected into the scalp. The platelet-rich plasma contains growth factors that stimulate the hair follicles and promote new hair growth. The treatment can be used to address hair thinning or loss caused by a variety of factors, including genetic predisposition, hormonal changes, and environmental stressors. Hair restoration with PRP is a minimally invasive procedure with minimal downtime and can be performed in a doctor’s office or medical spa. It is a popular choice for those who want a natural-looking solution for hair loss without undergoing surgery or taking medications.

Inua Microdermabrasion.

The removal of dead skin cells using Diamond tip abrasion enhances the skin immediately. The recovery time is quick with only a light pink glow. Microdermabrasion improves skin texture, acne and acne scarring, clogged pores and blackheads, fine lines and rough, thick, or dry skin.

What is microdermabrasion?

This exfoliating facial treatment utilizes a Diamond-tipped wand to manually remove the outermost layers of skin, removing dead cells and surface build-up to reveal a fresh layer of smoother, softer skin. As a result of normal “wear and tear” to the skin and exposure to the environment, skin can lose its natural radiance and take on a dull tone. Microdermabrasion can help restore your skin’s natural glow and with each session taking just 40 minutes.

What does microdermabrasion do?

Microdermabrasion is recommended once every 1-3 months for most people wanting to maintain the softness and benefits of the procedure. Over time the natural sloughing of the skin surface cells slows, ending up in a build-up of old dead cells. These cells are dull and more wrinkly over time. Microdermabrasion on a regular basis can prevent this build-up and improve the appearance of the surface of the skin.

What are the benefits of microdermabrasion?

This is a versatile treatment that can address a wide range of visible imperfections, including:

  • Uneven skin texture
  • Acne and Acne-associated pigmentation
  • Clogged pores
  • Blackheads
  • Fine lines
  • A skin surface that is rough, thickened, and/or dry.

Procell Microchanelling Skin and Hair Therapy

Micro channeling is a non-invasive procedure designed to stimulate your body’s natural ability to generate collagen, elastin, and other building blocks of healthy skin. By stimulating the outermost layers of the skin, micro channeling can help jump-start your body’s natural process. Increases in collagen and communication levels in the skin facilitate thicker, younger-looking skin with minimal downtime.

Benefits of Micro Channeling:

+ Firms, Tightens & Tones Skin.

+Promote Cell Turnover

+ Remove, smoothen Acne Scars

 +Stimulate Collagen and Elastin Production

 +Reduces Stretch marks

Is Micro Channeling painful?

Who is Micro Channeling for?

Skin Tag/Spot/Wart Removal

What is skin tag, spot and/or wart removal?

People use the term “skin tag” to refer to lots of things on the skin that they simply want removed. For any of these lesions, you need to first have them evaluated by an expert to make sure they are benign, meaning not cancer or any kind of precursor to cancer. If there is any chance the skin lesion is cancer then it needs to be removed carefully by a surgeon to make sure the entire lesion is evaluated, removed, and treated properly. However, if a lesion is a classic benign finding, then it can often be removed simply and safely without surgery.

How are skin tags removed?

Many skin tags are what we call “pedunculated.” This means they are hanging off the skin from a thin stalk. People often get these little tags around the armpits. If the skin tag is flesh colored and hanging from a stalk, there are several ways to remove it. You can do this with a sterile scissors or scalpel, followed by a topical treatment to stop any bleeding. Alternatively, many offices can remove these with a cautery device. This is convenient because this can also be used to prevent or stop any bleeding.

What kind of spots can be removed?

As mentioned above, lots of people use the terms “spot” or “skin tag”, and they might be referring to many different things on the skin. The following are some lesions we can easily treat without surgery:

  • Sun/ brown spots
  • Spider Veins & Telangiectasias
  • Cherry Hemangiomas
  • Milia
  • Pedunculated skin tags
  • Sebaceous hyperplasia
  • Cholesterol deposits.

How much does skin tag removal cost?

The cost for removing a skin tag has a really wide range. The cost for surgical excision is usually many thousands of dollars, just for the surgery– not including the pathology and other facilities fees. The cost in a doctor’s office or medical spa usually runs from $150 to $500 per treatment. Some lesions require more than one treatment to remove them. At Inua Medspa + Wellness, if we can easily treat a lesion, it will be $50-100 per treatment. Treatment with the Pico Laser ranges from $200 (for most lesions) – $400 (for a large area).
